    From his beginnings as a photographer, through years in special effects on Hollywood features like The Dark Knight, to his previous role as Head of Production at Nutmeg Productions, Paul has spent the last 25 years building an extensive experience in all aspects of filmmaking.

    From Commercial to Corporate, Paul has done it all, creating high end content for brands like Adidas, Jaguar Land Rover and Redbull. His years behind the lens have equipped him with a keen eye for stunning visuals.

    His familiarity with global productions for large non-profit organisations, as well as a lifetime of travelling make him particularly knowledgeable of the challenges of international production.

    With all of this experience, Paul brings a level of care and creativity to any project he is involved in and welcomes any challenge thrown his way.

  • J. R. DAWSON

    Since graduating with an MA in Screenwriting from the prestigious National Film and Television School, where he was a Toledo Scholar (a scholarship for promising filmmakers of colour), J.R. has been honing his craft as a visual storyteller.

    As well as being shortlisted for the Netflix Screenwriter’s Fellowship in 2021, his short films and scripts have won and been selected for a number of international film festivals and competitions.

    His work as a Director and Cinematographer has seen him creating high end content for brands and organisations such as Selfridges, Amazon, the UK Government and The NHS.

  • Lea Holtfreter

    Lea is a Berlin-born producer and globe-trotter who believes there is an exciting story behind every person and every brand. She has started her career in documentary production (‘Why Are We Creative’) and has since moved to becoming a hybrid between producer and assistant director in film & tv.

    Drawn to the industry in all its variety, Lea has worked on projects of multiple scales - from large studio productions (‘Argyle’, ‘The Marvels’) to indie films (‘Lollipop’, ‘Queen at Sea’) to creative brand videos.

    Having lived, studied, and worked in Paris, London, and the States, her perspective is highly international. No matter the scale of the production, Lea is passionate about bringing compelling narratives to life by kick-starting projects, managing shoots and assembling talented crews.
